Mid week

I spent all of yesterday out visiting and missed a humdinger of a bust up in the office...

Apparently one of our trainers flipped out because the air-conditioning had broken down and it was unbearably hot.

The guy printed out flyers asking for ALL the windows to be left open (fair enough, one might think) ... too bad for everyone else.

Now, this guy is a real looney tunes : he's not the most sociable of people at the best of times, is generally snappy with people, is a bit, y'know, stinky because maybe he doesn't have a shower that often ... and keeps his overcoat on at all times - obviously, then, he's going to find it hot wherever he goes.

So ... to cut along story longer; as he was going around opening windows, other people in the office found it a bit chilly and so closed them all again about five minutes later ... i can imagine a nice slapstick comedy routine.

Eventually he cottoned on, complained and litterally (so i'm told) broke out into a screaming/yelling jag and had to be escorted from the building by security !

He is now on sick leave for an undefined period.

I don't work in a nuthouse, by the way ... just so's you know ;@)
