But ... for all my complaining about work, one good thing has happened this week - i've been given two tickets for a rugby match tomorrow afternoon.

The french rugby season has been under way for about four weeks now and is always very competitive and entertaining.

Over here, we often talk about teams from the south west. Toulouse and Biarritz in particulier, both of which have an excellent track record in the european championships and always prove a handfull for the established english teams like the Wasps, Leicester and Bath .

This season, however, and after last seasons' false dawn and the let down in the french cup, one of the teams "most likely to" has finally gotten off to a good start this season - Le stade français.

Le stade have an excellent team and i'm really looking forwards to seeing their national players doing their stuff.

Tomorrow then, i'm off to see Le Stade V Bourgoin ;@)
