I didn't realise it last week, but the Christmas trees on the Rond point des Champs run through a cycle of colours; there's a kind of graduated phasing out as one colour fades and the next one takes predominance - it's luverly; i was a wee bit mesmerised by it myself - click on the image etc .. (i'm having trouble adapting the image to find the best size, so i'll probably comme back to this in a few days).

I've been out interviewing again today - i've only seen ten people today out of my fifty so far and i'm pushing the DRH to try to organise her people so that i can block off three full days to see everyone.

She needs to have a bill made out before the end of the year so time is very tight - i only have two days left this week (i'm already booked tomorrow) and next week is obviously a four day week.

I quite like this flying by the seat of your pants feeling, but i'll pay for it in spades at the weekend.

Tomorrow night Mrs Bosswoman is taking us all out to dinner - i've still not come down with a terminal illness, but i'm praying very hard.

Boy idiot is fretting about what he's going to wear - i think i'm going to rename him Big girls' blouse if he continues to flounce around asking for advice ...

I've still not had time to check out various associations that i can go and help with over the Christmas period - i must make a real effort tomorrow ( i know two people who do this at work so i'll have a chat with them when i get in).

Over at Youtube i've started putting up music vids for Christmas - last night i put up The Pogues - Fairtale in New York , tonight i've just posted Jona Lewie - Stop the cavalry (my fave) ... feel free to whizz over and feel all goosepimply if you dare.

Over the next few days i'm going to post John Lennon (So this is christmas ) , Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole and as a last touch on christmas eve ; stuff from church choirs ( i'm in noooooooooooooooooo way into religion, but what the hey ...)
