I'm in the middle of working on multiple projects that must be billed before the end of the year.

I have three small projects (10 people to train up) one medium and two biggies.

The difficulty is that, realistically, there just isn't enough time to go through the whole process as it should be done (needs analysis and preliminary assesment, briefing).

All i can do is glean as much information as is possible from the DRH - who doesn't know the ins and outs of each employees' needs - and send each trainee an auto evaluation form to fill out.

These forms ostensibly serve as a basis for the initial exploratory interviews where i fine tune things and then submit a detailled offer and training programme - i'm supposed to see about fifty people before the 31st.

I've taken work home (d!oh) again this weekend - if i don't, i'm going to get nowhere next week.
