Well, ok .. i've been out visiting just two metro stops away from work.

Some of the métro stations are real holes. Others have some thought behind them.


Anyhow ... i've seen about twenty different people over the last two or three days. I find three interviews an hour is ok. We only do a quick hit as a preliminary to weed out the least motivated ones and the skiving off types.

For the moment i've left a recommendation with the DRH. She's on holiday from the middle of next month. That leaves four weeks max to jump start it all off - i'd prefer a staggered start as the immediate feedback will encourage the others.

I've got try to get in as early as possible tomorrow (8.30 ish).
