These are the only photos i managed to take before my camera ran dry :-(

The first few retrace my steps going towards Lille centre - about 20 or so seemingly real size elephants on either side of the road interspaced with beautifuly decorated street lights.

This here is the main station in Lille. At night the lights all comme on and you have the distinct impression of looking at some kind of palace. This is one reason why i'm a bit gutted about not taking my charger .. pfft
