How is it..

This is response to a post i've just read ...

The situation is this:

A single, probably v.good looking chick has had enough of being single ..so she decides to try on line dating agencies, singles nights and blind dates organised by a 'friend'.

How is it, then, that systematically she falls for the one and only married man ?

a) The guy is just out shag anything with a pulse ? (my gut feeling)
b) The guy is badly off in his situation and is looking for a way out ? (i can understand that one)
c) The chick is a man eater ? (divorces and mono-parental families left in her wake up and down the country)
d) The chick and the guy are just not being honest, broken hearts and crockery guaranteed ? (hmmmm)

Pfffftttttt

There isn't a good answer.

I think that the majority of men are out for all they can get (point 'a') - AKA Bastards (or' lucky' bastards, depending on your point of view).

I also think that there are a lot of men who do feel trapped in the situation that they are in - 2 kids, mortgage, job going down the tubes etc..(point 'b')

If you're a man eater, then guys 'a' and 'b' are going to jump at the chance - only for guy 'a' to go for it and dump you. Guy 'b' will find you out and get cold feet - it's too risky.

But what about the single nice guys ?

y'know, the ones who don't have smelly feet, who don't spend hours on the computer blogging hehehehehe the ones who know how to cook .. who can ...who know how to ... whatever

There must be something intrinsic that married/involved guys give out that attracts them thar wimmin folks ... an o/d testosterone, maybe ? A way of just 'being' maybe ?

P'raps, finally, you wimmins had just better learn to thoroughly interrogate the subject of your affections as from the first night out - the phone is useless for that kind of stuff - you've got to really 'watch' what the guy is saying ... perhaps that'd save us all on the tears all round business.

Phwouarr ... i'm going around i cicles with that one ... i'll have to come back to it.

How can you tell when a man lies ? - His lips move
