Heatwave

It's far too hot to do anything today.

Everything has ground to a halt.

I've been having intermittant work breaks in between the swanning around and eating ice cream periods.

I really just want to go home and sit under the shower.

Another pass time i've developped since the start of the heatwave is taking photos of my colleagues - i keep lying to them that it's for the end of the year calander (they're not the most compliant bunch).

So far the results have been surprisingly good, so i'm going to have to find a way of using them for the Christmas party.

As i write, i'm looking out onto the patio and the suns reflection off of the whitewashed walls is truly blinding. I can see that the bird bath is being put to good use today - lucky birds.
