I was born in the wrong period.
I truly wish i'd been born 'round about 1950 to be able to take part in the whole psychadelic scene (the late 80's and early 90's rave scen was o.k, but, y'know) ... all this to say that i've spent an unholy amount of time snatching stuff up from This place again.
The next three posts are all videos from the sixties, with four vids from The Small faces (my all time fave group) followed by The Monkees and Nancy Sinatra.

Ah, l'ambiance d'après-guerre, ce devait être quelque chose...
bin oui .. aprés les difficultés et les privations .. le sentiment de liberté aprés .. les gens commencaient à revivre .. ça a dû être un epoch magnifique

Next to the roaring twenties, i truly think that the 20 year period after the war was rich in events and inventions :man finally went to the moon etc ..
Especially for the young kids who came of age at that time ..
I would change the period that i live in now for that period, without hesitation
