I've managed, somehow, to make it to the end of the week in one piece.

I'm pretty much on my own at work right now; BoyIdiot has taken his neurosis' and farting shoes off to sunny climes whilst MissusBossWoman was only around for two days.

Surprisingly enough though, not every parisien has taken the traditional month of august as their break (the streets may be empty and seats on the métro may be easy to come by).

It would seem, to judge by my in-box and nonstop phone calls, that a lot of people are very busy toiling away at their desks setting things up for the rentrée.
